I merely did what I always did to confirm I.D. I also deposited $100 in cash before I realized the clerk had charged my card because she did not inform me that was what she was doing. I would like to add this is my 3rd stay and I have to admit they were pleasant with the exception of my first when I had to wait an hour/plus to check in months after the grand opening,until nowIt has been over 48 hours and I am still waiting for my $100 credit.
First of all the 'Q' has initiated an enforcement of a $100 deposit that will be charged to your card at check in, and it will be a pending charge for 48 hours, or you have the option of paying cash to avoid this delay.I was informed of this when making my reservation.
